2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free nationwide. We've got you, girl.
3. What are your payment methods?
We do BPI and BDO bank deposit/online transfers or payments through PayPal.
4. How long does Salt Swim take to process orders?
• As part of our service, we live on fast and accommodating responses therefore we process orders within 12 hours
• Deposit slips for orders emailed before 9am will be handed to the courier the same day.
• Deposit slips for orders emailed after 9am will be dispatched the next day.
5. How long does shipping take?
• Within Metro Manila: 1-2 days
• Outside Metro Manila: 2-3 days
• If your order/s has not arrived within the said period, please contact us and we will personally follow up with the courier and give you an update.
We also do same day shipping upon request
6. What are your shipping dates?
We ship Mondays to Saturdays.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes you can. We will give you your tracking number once you have settled your payment and once we have scheduled the pick up of your suit.
8. Do you have a store?

9. What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not do returns/exchanges due to hygienic purposes.
10. Do you accept refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds.
11. What if I received a damaged item?
We always do quality control on our swimsuits but in the rare occasions that the suit you purchased has a defect, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.
